Widow Jane Oak & Apple Wood Aged Rye Whiskey is soothing, and fruity rye builds on the round flavor of the American oak barrel with an Apple Wood stave finish that imparts genuine bright apple notes and subtle sweetness. Traditional ryes are peppery, brash, or slightly abrasive.
Widow Jane Oak & Apple Wood Aged Rye Whiskey is subtle and allows for a more elegant profile when used in a cocktail. Non-chill filtered for the finest flavor and aroma, proofed with their hard-yet-sweet mineral water from the legendary Rosendale limestone mines of Hudson Valley, New York. The pure limestone-filtered mineral content of the water coats the palate for a long, rich finish. It is best enjoyed in a Big Apple Rye Manhattan.
